100+ Women Kingston brings together 100+ women in Kingston who care about the local community causes and who are committed to community service for just one hour every three months. At our quarterly meetings, we jointly select a local charity or not-for-profit organization and each write a $100 cheque to the selected organization.
It is such a pleasure to be able to say that I have been working with this organization from day 1. So far we have donated over $290,000! It has been such an amazing journey to watch the 100+ Women Who Care in Kingston come together and give back to their Kingston community!
I not only get to help support our local community, but I also have been honoured to have my charity, Kingston Animal Rescue, nominated and selected to present 3 years in a row! We have not yet been chosen to be donated to but I will continue to nominate Kingston Animal Rescue and talk to this wonderful group about why we should chose Kingston Animal rescue until we do. In the meantime I am more than happy to donate to all of the amazing charities we have chosen so far!
